as in the grid of "lists" in Administration there are many Columns where i can add "Value Text" and more for each Value in any list. so my question is if it's possible that each time i select a Value from a dropdown, i should also see the Values/Description for this item.
For example: as we like to enter only the Initials of the Solicitors, not the full name. but in the grid of lists there we have in "ValueText" column the full name of this solicitor. so we when we enter the name of a solicitor by his initials we want also see in the drop-down the "ValueText", side by side with the Value.
