Student Applicant Info

Why does the student applicant info not get updated when i enter the new applicant period?

someone applied for 5778 and was not accepted.

the family is trying to apply again for 5779 but when i run the new period the old info and status comes up.

do i need to delete that in order to enter the new info? Should it not be automaticall empty since i entered a new applicant period?

It would be a great idea to have somehow a way to keep the last years info and be able to add a new one for this year

By us some girls need to apply every year even they were approved last year

Not really because if we didn’t accept him in 5778 we want to see that when he applies in 5779

Why he wasn’t accepted .

Yes, i also want to see that. When i go to classes and put him into the applicant program, I saw right away that he already applied last year.

but when i wanted to put in the info like where he is learning now, sibling info, where father davens etc. i ran the new applicant period and all the info put in last year came up. shouldnt it only come up when i enter the old period?

No. Its a regular addl info. It does not go per year. Just update the info.

Does this mean that there is no record if someone has applied multiple times?
