I see that we can import OPT eligibility by using the NPSIS website. Can you add a feature that we should be able to download eligibility info before the student is even put into NPSIS by pullling the distance info from where NPSIS pulls it from (https://gis.opt-osfns.org/PUTES/default.html)

Thank you.

This has been added. There is two steps that need to be done before the report will work.

First you need to download all Cross Streets for the addresses of the current students with the current version by following the instructions here. (https://jlssolutions.com/QA/1215/update-or-get-cross-streets-for-alot-of-addresses-at-once)

Then you need to go to this site (https://gis.opt-osfns.org/PUTES/default.html) click on the red question mark on the top of the page and choose "School and pedestrian network", enter your OPT code and click on query.

A box will come up showing all your streets. Click on the Export to Excel option and save the file.

Now go to the Report Screen, Additional Info Tab, Direct Cert/NPSIS sub tab.Chose OPT street import. Click on Load Excel File and chose the file you saved before and click on process. When prompted enter the site name and year (So you can lookup separate the eligibility based on site and year.)

Now you can go to the report called "Class List OPT". This will show you each student with there OPT status. If you don't want to see each student just the class total click on No when prompted.

I tried it and it worked-Thank you!

The problem is that lots of our addresses are not put in the right way and it's not getting read properly. Is there a way to mass lookup and change all addresses according to USPS standards?

Also, where is the eligibility status saved by each family?

Also, is there a way that when an address is changed the eligiblity status should change automatically or a popup should remind you to change the elgibility status or maybe...

Added OPT column by addresses in each account that will show you OPT eligibility for each site imported. Regarding Addresses call in so we better understand your issue.
