Asking to add 2 options in the bus routs that should show in the bus rout reports.

Question

1) Some stops require special instructions (especially when a substitute is driving) here are some examples:

5612 18th Ave - Side entrance,

4812 14th Ave - Entrance on 49th St.

14 Av & 46 St. - Left side after the light.

In the above cases pls add a column for special instructions and it should show on the report in the address column followed by a Hyphen (-).

 

2) In some cases it is required special instructions how to maneuver from stop A to stop B, (again its especially important when there is a substitute driver)

Example:

#1  1941 60th St.

#2  1921 60th St

Left on 19, Right on 61, Right on 18, Right on 60

#3  1820 60th St

#4  1840 60th St.

In this case if u could add an option to right click on stop 2 or 3, and have an option to add a line above or below (like in excel..), and it should show in the report as well, also be aware that this added line should pop up in "update type" every time there is a change in stop 2 "or" 3.

Use the Note column. Regarding the layout of your bus routes report you would need to call in as each school has their own design.
