OJC Deposits and fees

Since OJC is becoming very popular, I would like to suggest an idea. OJC is doing ACH into the bank for all vouchers sent (also from multiple donors) and they charge a $2.00 fee for every ACH. I added a payment type called OJC,to be able to have the OJC deposits integrate with QB just like credit cards. It would be an idea to add a feature that every time such a deposit is made the software should give an option to deduct a $2.00 fee as a office expense while sending the deposit to QB. Currently I have to manually add the fee to the deposit.

Whats the best way to do this?

and btw how do i work with this, since its taking a while from when i'm sending in the checks to OJC till i get the actual deposit from them,

so i have to wait till i'm getting it from them to creat the deposit for JL to QB?, or i should make a deposit to a separate account and when receiving the ACH than transfer it to my bank account.

We were told today by OJC you can get a Scanner and scan in your vochers and get it as an ACH the next day .

I got a scanner that work for OJC (a Bar Code scanner),

is there a way that JL should also scan the ojc into their system?
