First unhide the column "Add Raffle" from the payments or charges tab. In that column you can type in all the raffle numbers purchased. If multiple raffles have been purchased you can enter a group of raffles at once. For example if from 10-100 has been purchased just type in the column 10-100. If multiple nonconsecutive numbers have been purchased you can type in a comma delimited list. For example 10,23,43.
If you want the computer to generate the next available numbers for this campaign you can enter an N and the number of tickets to generate. So if you enter n12 the software will generate the next 12 numbers available.
If a person is buying multiples of the same ticket number you can enter 5*98 so he will get 5 tickets of number 98. You can also substitute the + symbol instead of a comma. For example entering 5*98+104+112-115+9*150 will get the following list of tickets. (98, 98, 98, 98, 98, 104, 112, 113, 114, 115, 150, 150, 150, 150, 150, 150, 150, 150, 150)
If you enter a raffle number that has already been sold the system will alert you that it has already been used. If you do not want to be alerted (like for a Chinese auction) go to the Option Menu and click on "Chinese Auction Raffle".
The raffles can also be viewed in the Raffle tab under the Campaign tab. You can also add a raffle directly in that tab. There will be no duplicate check if you add the raffle directly to the raffle grid.
The Add Raffle column will display all raffles that were already entered.
If you want to delete all raffles entered overwrite the add raffle column with the letter c. It will clear out all raffle entries for this payment or charge.
