A mother just gave the second HIB shot for her four year old daughter. On my screen she would still need another shot, but the doctor said that she is finished with this vaccine. How can i update her? (Maybe after four only one HIB is needed, but its her second shot, and therefore it will still come up as missing.)

It deepens when the first dose was received as it says on the rules from the city. If dose one is received at age 12 through 14 months of age, only two doses are required.

That child had first vaccine by a few month. Can it be anything else?

I think that if a child receives a HIB vaccine at 15 months of age or older, he doesn't need another shot-doesn't matter if it was the first or second shot. Can this rule be updated? (I checked such a case in CIR from a child who received his first HIB shot at 6 months, the second at 18 months and it was considered complete.)

It doesn't say so in the rules. CIR is not fully updated yet with the new rules. They are still working on it. (But you have to follow new rules anyway).
