MailGun schedule email - Update JLS to latest version

MailGun schedule email sends the email right away

mailgun made some changes, we updated JLS accordingly so if you want to set a scheduled time to send out emails using mailgun you need to update to the latest version -12/22/20 11:42 PM or later
