We are working on a Teachers Parent Portal (TPP) for schools and we would love to get your input.

We will be scheduling 2 conferences to discuss this new option and to get your input.

The following is a basic outline of what we currently have in mind.

 

Teachers Login:

List of Students

1. When clicking on student the following info will be available
   1.        Phone Numbers / Emails
   2.        Address
   3.        Date of Birth
   4.        Classes Attending – With Schedule
2. Ability to send a text message / voice call to the entire class or selected students.
3. Download class lists and parent reports to PDF.
4. Download report card and progress report.
5. Link to the grading portal.
6. Write notes on a student and see previous notes (With an option to email alert group on new note)
7. Schedule follow up tasks with email reminders.
8. Enter scheduled homework on each class.

 

 

For Parents:

1. Download report cards
2. See the child’s homework
3. See the students daily schedule.
4. See the PTA schedule
5. Contact the teacher via email, or phone info.
6. Sign up for daily email alert of homework.
