Immunizations - students who are "In Process"

Question

When we have a student who's "In Process" meaning for example that he received his 2nd HepB shot today and therefore can't receive another dose for another 8 weeks it shows that he can't get it yet in his account, but when I run any report the 3rd shot comes up as missing. It would be a great help if I can put a date by "In Process" (which is part of my Immunization list) and then the student won't come up as missing - like by exemptions, but there should be a rule that "In Process" become invalid 2 months after the date that's put in.

If you make a date option for Medical Exemptions, that would also work, since I would put in a medical exemption for that shot with the date he's due for the next shot as the 'expiration date"

I feel this option will make this very important and great feature even better.

In Process means that he has a scheduled appointment for the shot. You can put in in Temp Medical exemption that will expire on the date. You would need to put in separate for each shot he needs.

Is it possible to run a query of all Temp Medicals with a date after today, that way I can know on any given date how many children are in process?

Also, would it be possible to add a "notes" column where we put in each shot (I would write for example the reason why a certain shot will be given on a certain date)
