Bus Changes, When parent calls to make bus change they ask what time to wait at stop.

Question

Would it be possible to add a link to "Bus Stop" that would offer the name and phone number of parent at stop right before - this way the parent making change knows what time to wait for bus.  Right now, to get this information, I have to go into bus route, open up the specific route and scroll down to check which student gets off at previous stop, then I need to go into student's account to get thier phone number.

or if we can just have the option to open the route thru their account so we can click on the route to obtain their info

in the account they already see the time and dont need to open the route. Its just from the bus change screen that they want to see it. Will check how to add.

Correct. But has nothing with this request.

it is part of this request.  We do not give a time  based on the timing in JL because it keeps changing as the route changes,and we do not get those changes in timing.  So the best way for parents to get the proper timing is to speak to the people at the previous stop.

We have no way of knowing what the previous stop is.

In bus change, where I put in the adress - is this not linked to the bus route?  All the stops on this route are shown on this pull down menu.  Maybe if I hover on the stop that I want it can show me a link to that route automatically?  That would save us a few steps...

So now that you can choose a students, the phone info will pop up.
