Period by the attachments

Please add a period column by the attachments so we should know to which period that form applies

You can add the period name as part of the note. For example Contract 2016

Can you add period dropdown to attachments? There are numerous forms that I need to collect every year and I want to be able to query which forms are still missing. I would set up the list of forms needed for each student in the catagory and then I would like to query anyone that needs a certain form for that period but it's not attached, it would be much harder to do that if I have to rely on the note. Also, I am will probably have 6 to 8 attachments per student and it would be much easier to view, query and attach without having to create and query by notes.

We also have multiple attachments per family per year. We name the file with the year and then attachment type. We then have a report to show us exactly which of the required forms are missing.
