Phone contacts

Is there a way to transfer phone contacts to a flip phone ? l have a LG revere.

We have 3 transfer methods for contacts.

1) Transferring contact info to Microsoft Outlook.

2) Transferring contact info to Google  Contacts.

3) Sending a vCard to your phone.

 

As we can't check every phone just research which of these three options work with your phone.

If it's an older style phone most probably only the 3rd option might work.

Since it's a basic flip phone, would probably need to use option 3. If l want to transfer a lot of contacts, do l need to do each one separately ?

How do l send a v card?

We have the option of Email VCard. In the Phone Menu in members.

Have no clue how or if you can send it to your phone.

So your phone does not support multiple contacts in one v-card. You would need to send each one separately.

Do father & mother need to be on different vcards? Only difference would be the cell, all others home etc. is same. 1 contact would have been enough.

i think that you can transfer to google contacts (or outlook), and than download all contacts from there as separate vCards,

and if you have a laptop, you can download it on the laptop, and transfer to your phone via Bluetooth!

but google doesn't have a option of separate vcards as you mentioned, what you'll need is a third party vcard splitter (or maybe JL can make a folder with separate vcards get saved there??)
