I would like to compare the immunization status from all children with the CIR vs. a missing immunization report from JL, is it possible to add by reports > Additional Info > Medical Shots to print forms from the CIR with the status if they are completed or due (currently the Print Form is only the dates when they have been taken, we would like to have both options with the status and without) or if there is an easier way to compare please advice.

Are you looking for this form? Is there a time when the CIR is reporting different then our system?

Added option to view, print or attach the main CIR page. Please test by a single account before downloading all.

Is this one page ? by us its not printing and not attaching this letter from CIR only the top section
commented Mar 14, 2016 by Admin
Correct, currently the public report is being attached (to be used by schools and parents).  This is the Provider report (to be used for doctors).

And no. Its usually two pages. So the only way to attach would be as non picture. And then you wouldn't be able to see it in the attachment report.

is there a way to attach the provider report ?

Currently not. Am still trying to figure out why this is needed?
commented Mar 14, 2016 by Tashbar
Because i still cant enter correctly in JL some shots for ex. (the Q&A is from the NY health Dep.)

Q3: If a child was inadvertently administered DTaP in place of Tdap at age 7 years or older, will they need to receive a booster dose of Tdap?
A3: No, the child will not need to receive a booster dose of Tdap.

So why don't we just setup the rules for this single thing instead of printing and looking over hundred of papers.
commented Mar 14, 2016 by Viznitz
we have a audit and its much easier by the audit to have this printed out ,and go over, and see on the report what's missing, and why didn't he get it , if there is a letter from the doctor on it, (and why should they trust the missing immunization report by JL)
commented Mar 14, 2016 by Admin
In previous audits they did trust the reports from JL as it imports the shots directly from CIR. We will work on adding the previous rule.
commented Mar 14, 2016 by Viznitz
ok thanks for always helping , we will hope they should trust
commented Mar 14, 2016 by Tashbar
It was just an example (when i spoke to tech support they said currently they cant add such a rule)

Could be JL are set up correctly with the official rules, but i still have children that according JL they are incomplete but according CIR they are completed (or currently they cant take the shots cause its to early), and usually the dr. and parents will not give any shots if they are completed according CIR, and i assume that the auditors will accept if they are CIR completed therefore i would like to compare with a CIR status report, please add this feature.

but for the audit i will use the CIR report without the status or a JL report, which report would you prefer to use?

I would also like to have a way to compare the shots in JL to the shots in CIR because sometimes I might have a boy who is missing a shot according to CIR but in JL I have a shot date that CIR doesn't have. I would then want to make sure that we have a medical form on file that lists this shot.

Thank you.
