Can there be separately granted user rights for each category of notes within Financials?

There are various departments (Tuition, camp, day camps, etc.) that should not have access to each others' notes information.

Since were doing day camp registration now, this feature would be extremely useful for day camp to keep notes, but we don't want them to view the tuition or contract notes .

Done. To add the rights Choose in Admin the Options Menu, Admin Sub Menu, Add Account Notes to User Rights.

PLEASE NOTE: After setting this you will need to specify each category that you want non admin users to view. By default they will not be able to see anything.

Users still using an older version will be able to see all notes.
