Question

We have a lot of donors  that are signed up for credit card payments each month.for 1 year but they want after the year ends I should call him to ask if he want to renew the credit card for a other year  Would it be possible to add a option that when it becomes closer to the last month of  cc payment (end date) it should come up on the main menu screen some alert card ends (the same as before a card expires) we should be able to call him to reschedule the card for a other year?

I'm having the same request in Tuition, it was never solved, meanwhile we are loosing money every year, ( I'm also trying every year to query with tech support for that info they were unable)

There is no way of knowing from the credit entry itself if this is a donor that needs to be contacted or this was a one time thing because he is paying monthly a certain pledge.

You would need to keep track of these accounts with any of the different tracking methods. (Flag, Addl Info, To Do, Recurring Pledges).

Maybe you can add a option  by  create a credit card payment to select by this customer its should remind me when he finished up the monthly credit  card  (its urgent some time we forgot so select a reminder by to do list and we forgot to call the donator to renew for a other year)

I also think it could be a solution.  if its possible to add a check box next to the end date of the CC, and if it will be checked it should remind by the date of the end date by showing on the Main Menu.

Are you creating such a check box? We also find this end date business a problem and this seems like the only solution there is.
