Alert - CC Declined

Question

Can you please add it should ask before if you want to send the person the message alert?

Added. You can now click on the email column and the email screen will open up.

 

 

 

You can also set the default subject and message. To set first type up the message and then click on the recent menu > Save Global Message > CC Declined. (Or CC Approval).

Because its a global message for all users. Only admin can change settings for all users.

Is this easier than asking your admin? No we currently dont have a seperate message for each user. And do not plan on adding it.

Not really. The whole point is an automated message. Its only sent to the accounts you set it up.

Sure. You can always send a message by clicking on the envelope next to the phone number.

Is it possible to add by Administration, CC,  the ability to send an SMS for the Declined people and the Waiting for Approval people ?
