in Administration /Periods/Classes, where we set up the staff associated with their class we also have there an option to enter the staff schedule.
now if we have an assistant teacher for a half a day in that class and would like to enter for them a schedule as well we cant because it gets the same schedule as the teacher (it seems to me the schedule is set by class id not staff id)
would it be possible to be able to set the schedule by staff so we can track the teachers and assistant teachers schedule ?
In some cases we can have teachers working only Mon.-Thurs. not Fridays or Sunday’s special in preschool classes or elementary School assistants and we would really like to track it.
This can also be extremely helpful for mandated services tracking.
