Direct cert. from the account screen for individual students.

Question

We have a lot of campers and day campers that are registering after I'm doing a mass direct cert, can you please add  the ability to Direct Cert. from the accounts for individual students from the latest excel files i have imported (same like we can import immunizations from CIR/NYSIS for individual students).

I can almost consider this a must. If it can’t be done for this year maybe try working on it for next year it will be a huge help. Thanks for your continuous support

In order to do such a thing we would need to re-write the whole matching process and switch to keeping a copy of all the data in a database format. Lets see if others need it before we start.

i wouldnt consider it a neccesity for us but definitely a feature i would enjoy using and would speed up the reg. process. (for ex: when i have a parent in the office i can quickly check if they are directly certified or not and give a lunch form if not. etc. it doesnt need to wait for the full download to be done)

Thanks for considering, hopefully it will get done, it will definitely speed up the registration processes, especially for camp (SFSP) where every child counts  (same that we don't need to get documentation from most parent for immunizations because we can import from the CIR, like this we  don't need a lunch form from most parents).

We have it done. We are just waiting for approval from the state to allow us to ship the database. If not its a lengthy procedure for us to do for each school separately.

Any update from them ?

We never got any response from them. We finished already everything in the software needed for it, There is even already a new button next to each students for Direct Certification. But it cannot be used until we can get an approval from them.
