When you have a report pulled up and then you need to view or print a statement, I need after that again run the report in order to view it, can we have a button that should have automatically saved your recent reports?

I think it would be an idea of making in the view tab a few tabs of reports that you pulled up, it will be very helpful to have open a few reports that you made

Added. You can now choose Display in Viewer from the report menu. This will open a separate screen with the current report. From there you can press Load in Reports to bring the report back to the reports screen. This will also help you to view multiple reports side by side.

Click on the following for detailed instructions on how to use this new feature.

Great!!!

This is very good when you want to compare 2 reports etc. but i think when you want to view or print anything from the accounts window in the print menu that should go automatically to the "Display in Viewer" so the report will stay in place and will not need every time before viewing, printing and emailing a statement to put the report in the viewer

We don't want every report to be saved.

It dose not need to be saved, The report should stay in place, just the statement or anything else from the accounts window in the print menu that should go automatically to the "Display in Viewer" because its just to be viewed, emailed or print, As I understand the "Display Viewer" is not being saved automatically its just a viewer so whats the issue?

2 things. In order for it to be displayed in the viewer we need to save it to the hard drive, 2, from display viewer you cant email or do all the stuff available in the report screen.

So you will need to click to save before you open any report. But you can do it right when the report you are working on a long time is loaded.

Its just made to run the report again, My request is when you just pulled up a big report it should be saved the actual report that was made already like for one day instead of running the report again.

Why don't you just export to PDF?

Its like when I viewing all contracts before printing or any other report and I want to edit them and in the meen time I need to print a statement for someone

So why don't you just export to PDF? Then you can always continue where you are up to.

1) Because when I want to edit something I should be able to go straight to the account

2) When I'm working on a report its much easier to have it there instead of making PDFs if someone needs something

you can save reports too, (with query etc.) & then reload in main screen

or save query only
