If the report for Immuniztions shows for a student that the shots are not complete and the doctor says that they are up-do-date, how can we make that it should not come out on the report that she is missing immunizations?

I think the question was asked last year 11/12/15 but I don't see an answer.

You can do that on your own by going into the administration tab on the main menu. click on the rules tab and then medical. by the HIB shot you can enter from age 5.

But if they are missing what does it help that the doctor said that its good?

it could be that according to the rules we have entered it's not complete but the CIR still shows it's complete, so how can we remove that its due?

If your rules are not good then update it. If your rules are good than the student is not compliant even if the Dr. refuses to give the shot.

I think that because the rules are not according the age of the child rather than the grade, this could cause this problem to show a difference.

I was very confused with the grades and age thing. some kids were not the age of a certain shot but were in the grade... I spoke to the department of health and they made it clear to me that it goes by grade but also by age. ex. If a girl is in 6th grade but not 1 years of age yet she does not need the TDAP untill her 11th b day.

Tell the parent that the doctor should give a note that the child is Fully up to date , And usually the doctor will give the shot not a note , And if he gives a note then enter it as a Medical Exemption.

it's not so, because it could be that according to the rules we have entered it's not complete but the CIR still shows it's complete than the doctor will write he/she is up-to-date, so how can we remove that its due?

It's not that the child is exempt just as of now they are complete.

I have a child who it shows missing 1 HIB shot, the doctor said it's ok doesn't need, also on the Immunization Recommendations it says "Not genrally recommended at/after 5 years".

Maybe we can put in by the rules only to age 5 years?

You can put in the rules whatever you like. Just make sure with inspector that he likes it too.
