We would be interested in this registration Portal

But we need some additional information how this portal will work when a parent edits this information, does the edited information show up in our system or we will  just get an email that contact info was changed? Like someone updating their address we want to track their old address etc.

If we can send out a personalized link to each parent and it would have their new contract information.

 Also would be useful to have the possibility of seeing their attached contract in a PDF format as well

  And a question box do you accept this contract?

The info is live. All history also goes in to the system when and who it was changed.

Yes each parent gets an email with a login name and password.

 

You are only seeing the first screen. If you look on top there is more tabs to complete registration. All info will be filled in online. There is no need for PDF contract.

don't you think that some parents would like to print a paper contract after viewing it on line ?

and how about the different forms we need from them ?

also how are we going to track any contract information that changed ( i understand that you can see who changed) like we keep track of old address the parent is just updating his new Home address that will come in as Home and his live account will have 2 home address or one replaced home address.

or we want to keep uniform names like Fathers Cell, Mothers Cell not just cell etc.

also we wouldn't want them to be able to change students info  only to view it .

How is the contract presented to parents?

Our contract screen is certainly meaningless to them.  Till now the information was formatted and presented on a contract form, either printed or PDF.

Wait until the contract tab will be done. This web site will iy"h be up and running live in middle of January iy"h.

We will post a sample of the final web site too. We will update as we move along too. (We updated it a few minutes ago).

There should be a tab for important messages – those would be the ones that we had printed on the contracts about past due balances, C$ balances and the divorce  – for example.
