Medical rules should base on location not just on grade

Question

Since we have 2 school locations (Boys & Girls) the rules for the immunization is being mixed up.

Please re-write to have the rules count each location separately and give me an accurate report.

It works for each location separately, Except if your locations have the same name.

If you have Location 1 and Location 2 they will work separate.

If you have Location 1 and Location 11, Location 11 will look on both rules because it has Location 1 in it too.

Change the location names so it shouldn't overlap.
