CC payment - user entered

Question

when 1 user set up monthly credit card, than when the charge is captured and a different account create the payment, will it be entered as a payment from the second account,

my opinion is that its more correct it should be a payment from the account that had set up the card

You're probably looking to track the solicitor, you can enter the solicitor when you charge a cc it gets carried over to the payment as well, if you don't see it you can right click on the grid and unhide columns, then you can run solicitor reports as usual, the one who creates the payment is the one that enters the payment info.

(UserEntered dateEntered is merely meant to know who's entering the data, if you have any questions you know which to ask.)

i'm looking to know who entered, so if i have any questions i know whom to ask (not for solicitor), but i need to ask the details from the user created the payment, not the user entered the payment.

sometimes 1 user setup a card, and a 2nd user enter the payment, and the details will know the 1 who set it up

Correct. So each thing has his User Entered.

User Entered will always show the user that entered this transaction.
