Email receipt - Name from email address

Question

when sending out an email, it comes up (by the person who getting the email), my email address instead of the regular name when i send an email.

for example my email address is chaim12345@gmail.com, when i sent regular email it says my name: Chaim Holtzer,

but when sent from this system is says: chaim12345
