How do you create a new document by saved documents?

for labels just click change fields and then create, for documents click "Add Document" then create Microsoft word will open in taskbar go to file and choose the file you want or choose blank document follow prompts.

I selected add document and create but there is no word opened.

it should open minimized in taskbar, Please call in support so we can see your issue.
