Is there a way to document something marked as private, say as a 'note' in 'courses', but give 'permissions' only to certain administrators to view it?

We want a resource teacher to have a username in JL, but not have access to everything. She should only be able to access her student, to write comments after each lesson with the student. Onlycertain people, like the prinicipal, should be able to view it.

Thank you

You can create a note category for this teacher and give the rights to the category only to those that need to see it. In this case if the note is marked private no one would be able to see it only the one that entered it. Also all those with Administration rights would be able to see the category, since they have rights to everything.
