Automatic updates

Question

Can the program update automatically, so that we don't have to call tech support every time an enhancement is added?  Or can we do the updates by ourselves?

its a great idea to have someone on site know how to update, as all users have to be logged off to do the complete update. many times during work hours; unless its for an urgent change, users are loathe to stop for the updating. so if someone has the knowledge here, they can do this on their own;either before or after hours. jl has sometimes offered to do an update for us on a sunday... soo special
