Outlook sync only Fathers Cell

Question

Can we please have the ability to select which phone number should sync to Outlook. otherwise this creates a mess when wanting to send a broadcast to contacts from a cell but don't want to sync mother's cell. Also many times the Mrs gets called instead of the father.

Add No Sync to the valuetext column of the phone type in administration.
