Currently there isn't such an options. What difference does it make if they send thru outlook or thru the system?

Parents don't like secretaries texting them from yeshiva email address .

Are they using it for non yeshiva business?

not really, but for not important notifications , and if we send more then 2000 emails a day we get flagged as spam and end up in parents spam or junk folders and they don't get the important email (and if we should need mass we use constant contact ) and secretary's could end up sending text or email to entire grades .

adding a user right would be very useful for this .

So why dont you show them to use email with outlook. It will go with their own email. Also that way they can get responses too. When you set it once that will become the default.

I guess the question wasn't clear (and was missing the words mass email and mass text) but I just realized there is user right for that tab .

thank you
