apply charges to calculate the amount charging the cc

I would like to have an option where I can select charges with an outstanding balance and create a credit card payment based on the total balance of the charges I selected

side note: on the credit card on file tab, it should say by each card the date it was last used

and the cc tab should be by payment tab, we should not have to switch to the notes tab to charge a card
