We have now added a new module that will allow the school to have automatic alerts go out to parents.
Any type of data can trigger the alert should go out.
Examples
Student has an un-excused absent today. The parent can be alerted that the student is not in school today.
Student got a failing grade. The parent can be alerted with the subject test and grade with a message to contact the teacher.
A payment is past due over a certain amount. The parent can get an alert with the amount due and message how to pay thru phone or online.
A payment was posted in the last 24 hours. An email with receipt can go out automaticly.
All rules are custom set by each school or organization.
