Option to save a student report per student - with the students name in the filename - so that we could give the report to others in an organized fashion?

As per conversation with Mr. Kantor, Seminaries like to get each student's transcript as a separate PDF file which includes her Limudei Kodesh and General Studies marks and any marks from a previous high school - if she transferred. It would be a big help if we could create these files with a click of a button. We would very much appreciated if the file could be saved in a dedicated folder and named with the student's grad year then last name then first name.

Why not use the feature as intended?

This feature does exactly that, you just have to run it from the reports screen.

We can add a barcode to the report card and that would allow it to be attached, just as the contracts work.

 

Just curious, why would you want to attach it to the account, you can just rerun the report.

That would be helpful.

In order to rerun it a later year, we would need to remember exactly which report card template was used for that grade.
