We’re encountering an issue: currently, the system uses students’ full legal names. However, for NYSIS or Direct Certification, many students are listed with only their first name and no middle name.
Is there a way for the system to first attempt a match using both the first and middle names, and if no match is found, fall back to matching by first name only?
We really appreciate how smoothly the system runs—it’s saved us a lot of time and hassle overall. However we have many students that we end up processing manually, which is very time-consuming.
