Its possible that after charging a CC the comment/note fields should be auto-cleared in the credit card screen?

employees often forget to delete a old comment while charging a card and it brings a lot of confusion later

Someone just charged a credit card to the wrong company that was selected a few months ago

Its possible to add a option that should auto clear the company selected once the card charge is done so we should need to choose a company every time before charging to avoid mistakes?
