How do I make a PTA report using a query of a class divided alphabetically?

I want to do a PTA, on two different nights, the first night the first 15 kids of the class and the next night the rest.

How do I set this up?

Is it for one class, or you need parents to go to all classes. If all classes how do you know that 15 of each class will even out to the correct amount of parents?

Start by doing only people that have 4 kids 1 night, and then people of 3 kids the second night and see how the split goes.

Or get a report that show you of each amount of kids what the total is, and you can work it out to have it split.
