Create a charge for Applicants that dont have a period.

I want to be able to make a mass charge (processing fee) for new students for the upcoming year, but all the new students are applicants (program class), they don’t have a period yet.

How can I add a mass charges to Applicants?

Charge are based on period not classes. If you want to charge each applicant enter the charge when you enter the applicant.
