When creating a new account, the View Records button should show accounts with same phone number, even if address is different.

I entered an applicant name, address and phone number in the 'add new account' screen. View records did not yield any results, so I created a new account. Turns out we had an account already, same name and phone number, different address. As it is a normal scenario for a family to move, please include name and phone number matches in the View Records.
