In the last few days the Tracking was down 2 times and the main issue why the the kids are missing the bus is because when the parents call in they hear the that the route has started and the bus is by the school, and 5 minutes later they hear again that the bus is by the school and they assume that the bus is running late, 20 minutes later they start thinking that something is off and by then the bus is long gone
Its possible that in such cases like today that the tracking should not give them the location if the database is not getting location updates from the device ? it should rather say "Sorry there is no info available" or that there is technical issues with the system
The whole mix up happens only because they hear that the bus is still somewhere else, if they will not get a location they will usually wait on time.
