I'm not sure exactly which record or screen you are referring to. Could you please provide a charge number or a screenshot so we can take a closer look?
It sounds like you may be referring to a pledge or payment record where the correct company is selected, but the campaign is not what you expected. If that is the case, the campaign is not assigned automatically. When entering a pledge or payment, the company and campaign are selected at the time of entry, and there are also options to set defaults.
