Preview Merged SMS

Good afternoon,

I know that it's the beginning of the school year (for some of us, at least) and your office is probably very busy, but would it be possible to take the following request into consideration?

I want to know if there would be any way (ASIDE from actually sending a test) that we could be allowed to PREVIEW SMS or Emails that have merge fields before sending in JL? It gets a bit confusing when we try sending a text (Ex: a bussing text) that have many options with similar merge field names, and we have to test it multiple times until we get the actual merge right.

This causes significant delay and frustration, especially when we have to send out any such type of text immediately, and we don't have 2 hours to play around with merge fields.

If a preview is not possible, is there a way we could pull up the previous message with the merge fields, before the actual merge happens? (Right now when I click on recent messages, it shows the already merged version.)

You can use the show all data or export to excel to see each column what data it has.

When I tried show all data, it didn't show all the fields that I would need to see.

It's a bit time consuming to have to export the entire thing to excel every time I want to send a text that includes merge fields.

Please advise.
