If by auto you mean that you should now enter something and it should run without doing anything; the answer is no.
What most people do is as follows.
They set up all accounts that want statements via email by the alerts tab.
When they print the statements each month, they press an email button to email the statement to all the people that have chosen to get the statement via email.
