Due to the current situation, we are introducing a School-By-Phone System.

The system currently has the following options. (We might add more options as the situation evolves.)

When calling in students need to choose their class from the main menu. (For an additional fee of $10 per class, each class can have their own phone number).

For example 1 for כתה א.

In the class menu, there will be the following 4 options.

1) Enter a live conference. Students will hear music until the rebbe enters the conference. The rebbe gets a special pin that he needs to enter when entering the conference. In the conference, a student can unmute himself by pressing *1. Pressing again *1 will mute him back. The rebbe can mute everyone by pressing *0. He can unmute everyone by pressing *0 again. (Optionally we can set any class conference to not have a unmute option)

2) Listen to the previously recorded conferences. Pressing # will move forward with 1 minute, * will rewind 1 minute. 1 will pause and 3 will continue playing. Pressing 0 will move to the next recording. Pressing 00 will go back to the prev menu.

3) Will be able to listen to recordings left by the Menahel or Rebbi.  Pressing # will move forward with 1 minute, * will rewind 1 minute. 1 will pause and 3 will continue playing. Pressing 0 will move to the next recording. Pressing 00 will go back to the prev menu.

4) Option to leave a message for the rebbe.

The price for each class setup is $50 (or $60 if you want a separate number for each class).

There is also a per minute fee of 0.005 (half a penny). The minutes are calculated per incoming caller. So for a class of 29 students and 1 rebbe, a 60-minute conference would come out to 60 x 0.005 x 30 = $9.

The minutes are calculated in 6-second increments.

For each class setup we will take a $100 deposit for the minutes.

We will be adding integration with JL in the next few days.

You will be able to see in the JL system by each student when they called in and how long they were on the phone.

Also how long they listened to each recording.
