How to delete cell carrier from phone that didnt update

Question

We did a full carrier update of all the phones, some phone numbers didnt update, so they have old update dates. Assuming that they either switched carriers or phones, we want to remove their carrier info from the file so the wrong people shouldnt get text. When deleting the date of last check, after deleting the carrier, we get a conversion data error.

since the carrier is not updated, i want to delete all teh carrier info so taht next time i do an update for phones not updated it should try

Thats exactly the reason we put in a date. We don't want to delay you each time you check for these non existent cell phones. The best is to call these people and update your records with correct info.
