Printing Medical Forms

Question

I need a idea how to print Medical Forms , Cause i have the Ready Medical Forms From Jl and My consent form that is not in Jl System so how do i print this out on a Double sided paper ?

Why not print first the consent on a bunch of papers and then use those to print the medical form?

First its really not professional to Print this way when i wanna do a Nice Mailing and 2nd that i give it out for a Mailing Company and he says that it will get messed up 3rd is when i need to Print a Individual its really complicated to print the consent and print on it the medical form   .

1) No clue what nice has to do with passing it twice in the printer. It doesnt come out nicer when done in one time.

2) Cant answer you regarding what mailing company says. Does not make sense.

3) When giving individual you don't have to make it dbl-sided. Just give them two papers.

But either we have no way of inserting a document in middle of a report.

1) Papers go in nicer in the  machine when its out of the pack then we put it in printing cause when printing 1000 Papers at once it doesn't come out so neat

2) They do Mass and they told me that its really unprofessional this way

3) Giving 2 Papers is not neat ,

4) Pupa Camp told me that they have it the consent form in the back from the medical form and they have JL Program .
