Each time I run a mail merge I get a message "Word cannot start the converter mswrd632". What is this and how can I remove it?

This error is because word is mistakenly thinking that it needs to run a converter for old word documents. But this converter has been disabled by Microsoft because of a security update. You can just press yes to continue and the document will continue without any problem. If you want to remove the message it should not come up in the future follow the intructions in this KB article from Microsoft. https://support.microsoft.com/kb/973904
