Is there a way to re-apply payments for only one company, without affecting other companies?

When selecting a company in a member's payment tab, and then re-applying payments from the options menu, unapplied payments from other companies get applied as well.

Is there a way to avoid this?

Only payments that are under the company selected, will get reapplied. please call us so we can see if your doing something  incorrect.
