Currently, the procedure involves several steps of searching for the child, navigating to the print menu, locating the late note report, entering the reason for lateness, printing it, and finally confirming the report as printed correctly. By implementing a direct printing option, it would significantly expedite the process, especially during times when there is a line of kids waiting to obtain late notes.
