can we have a sub category to keep track of notes in Tuition?

We use notes in tuition to keep track of parents’ agreements and tuition collections. Categories are very helpful, but we would also like to have a column to track the status of each note.

NMethod Column in Tuition Notes:

We have added an NMethod column to the Tuition Notes.

In the administration settings, Add the option called “NMethod List Tuition”.

You can choose from three options:

• “Existing per Category”: This will load a distinct list from NMethod based on the selected category.
• “Existing”: This option will load a distinct list of methods regardless of the category.
• Alternatively, you can manually type in a list, and those options will appear in the dropdown.

 

Remember that you can always type in any method you want, even if it’s not in the dropdown

Troubleshooting:

• If you don’t see the NMethod column, ensure that you are using the latest version (11/24/23 or later).
