Can you please make a separate option to check off if no voice and no SMS separately.

as of now you have only the no sms option.

and by default when sending roll calls anyone selected no SMS will not receive a voice message

please have this separated and by default when going to voice it should yes include no sms

You can use the level feature to choose who you want to send.

You need to check of include No SMS to include these even if you are sending a voice call. We will change the text box to "Include NO SMS\Voice"

they dont know if yes SMS or not

i also forget to check it off

Do you do SMS also?

Because we have one selection for voice, sms and email it cannot be split. It would require rewriting the whole screen.

Yes we do SMS

i understand that the no sms is in select witch reflects both

but in my opinion this should be changed

i called a few times support in the past 3-4 years to fix this but unfortunately nothing was done

in the past alot of people with no text, or who stopped the text, did not get roll calls, because of this issue

Change would mean to write a separate screen. Because when doing the phone selection we do not know yet what you are planning to do. You might be sending an sms or voice or email.

And having the number not show in the first screen and suddenly come up when you send voice is also not an option.

Support cannot change any features in the program. That is why we have the forums for.
